These systems ensure high efficiency in heat exchange with the patient, setting new standards of effectiveness for this type of treatment, through the use of thermally induced transformations involving changes in temperature and energy state. That is why ZAMAR products do not need water or ice. The proprietary ZAMAR Liquid is used as a physical medium for the exchange of energy from the patient to the device. It is an integral part of the system and therefore does not need to be refilled and/or emptied after each treatment.
